It has never been a busier time for Stryder. This summer is an exceptional season for popular outings especially with glorious blue skies making it conducive to bringing out the sunnies and putting on those walking shoes. January has been a busy month with many of our clients keen to embrace the new year and get out to make the most of summer.
Stryder’s social outings are particularly popular with our clients. We would love to give you a quick peep at what happens behind the scenes. Our fabulous Client Services Officer, Guiselle Shepardson, spends considerable effort and time to tailor events that are in popular demand with our clients. She then checks on the pricing, and availability, and goes into further details like the ease of access with ramps and steps to ensure exceptional clients’ experiences. Also, for any clients with bucket list adventures to tick off their list, please let us know as we love to hear new ideas and will accommodate where ever possible.
This is promoted in our Stryder Social Event Calendar, which is published every two months. Some of the events coming up include trips to the St. George Sailing Club, St. Ives Shopping Village, or a visit to the Sandy Bear Café at Clontarf Beach. However, a particular trip causing tremendous excitement is the river cruise on the Nepean River, the Nepean Belle Paddle Wheeler 🚢.

Another excitement on this trip is that we will be traveling on our new bus, the 27-seater Yutong bus. This trip and our bus are such favorites that we are now fully booked!
It may not be a well-known fact that ALL our trips are door-to-door pick-ups. This provides great convenience to our clients and peace of mind for our clients’ families or carers. We will have a second bus in place to assist with the door-to-door pickups for large group trips. This measure is put in place permanently to ensure that the day is as enjoyable as possible for our clients.
