Stryder is a not-for-profit organisation that receives funding from the Australian Government’s Department of Health, NSW Health and Transport for NSW.  Therefore, eligible clients receive a *subsidised rate.

  • For clients eligible for the *subsidised rate, the CHSP Fee Schedule applies.
  • For NDIS participants an individualised quote is provided.
  • For other clients, the Fee Estimate Schedule can be used as a guide. An individualised quote is provided upon booking.

If you are over 65 years of age (or 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), reside in the Ryde or Hunters Hill local government areas, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or www.myagedcare.gov.au/assessment to be assessed for eligibility for CHSP Community Transport.  If you are eligible, simply request Stryder (Community Transport,  Ryde Hunters Hill) as your  preferred Service Provider.
If you are under 65 years of age and have diverse needs or are transport disadvantaged, you may also be eligible for a subsidy, subject to availability and by agreement only.  Email info@stryder.org.au.


  • Subsidised rates for eligible clients who reside in

  • Cost is a flat rate which includes the return trip and is GST free.

  • For Transport Services, a quote is provided upon booking and is calculated by distance.
  • For Group Services a flat rate applies that includes the return trip.
  • On Account only.  Estimate includes GST.
  • Cancellation Fee – less than one business day (24 hours) – 100%

Payments are made by a direct debit, set up at the time of registration by Stryder. Simply complete the Direct Debit Authorisation Form. Click here to download. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month, showing your trip breakdown and the total to be debited from your account.

You have 30 days to review before the automated payment is made.
