NDIS PLAN MANAGERS & CASE WORKERS
Stryder is a registered NDIS Service Provider and can assist your NDIS clients to access their activities, whether for social, work, study or personal business. We have a range of specialised vehicles available, including three with wheelchair accessibility.
Stryder’s drivers all have relevant driving authorities, a good driving record, a criminal and working with children check and a first aid certificate. Drivers receive training on assisting people with varying disabilities, and we keep abreast of further training opportunities to upskill team members. Should your participant have specific needs in relation to transport, please let us know, so we can ensure we have appropriate resources available.
We are registered for the following NDIA categories and will happily accept participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed:
- Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements
- Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities
- Development in Daily Living & Life Skills

As a registered NDIS provider, participants can be assured that all team members abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct and that Stryder has in place a complaints policy. Should participants wish to provide feedback or complain, they can contact the Operations Manager on operations@stryder.org.au or (02) 9816 5000. If they are not satisfied, they can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
