We’re proposing changes to our client contribution fares, which are planned to take effect from 1 November 2026. We’d like to hear your thoughts and questions.

Why are the fare changes being proposed?

Fuel and vehicle running costs have risen.

Driver wages are increasing under the Fair Work Commission’s award decision.

Other operating costs, such as rent and insurance, continue to increase.
