Booking My Trip

Once you have registered with Stryder, the quickest and simplest way is to book here. 

The day prior to your trip you will receive an automated call to confirm your pick-up time.

For bookings less than three (3) working days out, please call (02) 9816 5000.

If you prefer to make your bookings via telephone, our client service team would welcome your call.

A carer or helper can accompany the client at no extra cost, provided the pick-up is from the same address.  Please advise if a carer is accompanying you when making your booking.
