Our very own Stav Contellis has taken out this prestigious award at the annual CTO NSW Conference held at Sydney Olympic Park last week. Stav is our Transport Coordinator extraordinaire. Not only does she oversee the transport operations – bookings, rosters, drivers, vehicles – she also does the bulk of the scheduling. Stav’s enthusiasm is catchy. She always knows how to motivate her staff, make all the drivers feel special and always makes herself available. She works above and beyond the call of duty.

In particular, Stav has worked tirelessly to increase our individual transport operation by at least 16% over the last two years. In the last quarter alone she has increased our trips by 719 trips (in comparison to same time last year). Stav has an excellent team behind her but her ability to retain and build a keen volunteer driver base and her can-do attitude has been the driving force.

Congratulations Stav. We’re very proud of you. Your empathy and care for each and every client shines through all that you do.
